ZUMBA
This ever-evolving cardio-craze couples Latin-inspired dance movements with upbeat world rhythms and easy to follow choreography to tone your body & boost spirit!

Intense cardio, strength, balance, and plyometric drills, along with core work designed to improve performance in athletics as well as everyday activities. Functional fitness at its best. Athletic Conditioning is sure to challenge all who participate.
METABOLIC BURN
Our cardio and endurance based class. Filled with high intensity, calorie burning, low impact exercises. This class, focused more on endurance than strength, gets your heart rate up with 40 second intervals where you do the most amount of reps possible in the allotted time.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Functional fitness training is a type of strength training that readies your body for daily activities. These exercises equip you for the most important type of physical fitness, the kind that preps you for real-life, daily living stuff like bending, twisting, lifting, loading, pushing, pulling, squatting and hauling. Most functional fitness contains multi-joint movement patterns that involve your knees, hips, spine, elbows, wrists, and shoulders, which all build strength and improve your range of motion.
HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)
HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one’s maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.
TRX
TRX which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, is revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.
WEIGHT TRAINING
Resistance training (also called strength training or weight training) is the use of resistance to muscular contraction to build strength, anaerobic endurance and size of skeletal muscles.
YOGA
Utilizing proper breathing techniques to calm the central nervous system while moving through meditation with positive affirmations unlocking new pathways towards more freedom of deeper stretch.
